Pizza marguarita, extra cheese with beef, please!!!

The infamous Pizza Parma in Irbed, Jordan............... The guy in the background is just a blur as he handmakes the pizza dough and he actually tossed it up in the air! The brick wallpaper and low lighting gives it that certain something.

Ahmad: OMG we have to eat here again!!!???!!!

There are only 4 tables, but they do a lot of take-out business.



After he finishes making the pizza, he puts it into the oven there on his left. He has to use one of those pizza holders with a really long handle.
