We had to move fast because my aunt (and her son) needed to ditch the house quickly. They live in Chicago, and Arkansas is not their kind of game. My Chicago cousin (who is not actually related by blood) came and attempted to clean the junk out of the house. Bless them, it was a mess!

They worked for 2 days and pitched a 20 foot trashbin full of stuff. Then donated the rest.
Great things about the house:
1. Two bathrooms (and jacuzzi tub)
2. fireplace
3. deck
4. come with frig
